Our Alliance Diplomas are designed to future-proof your career and fast-track your development. Over six months, delegates build the sustainable skills agencies value most: sharp analysis, breakthrough creative thinking and confident, compelling communication. Through interactive workshops, assignments, evening events and a forward-thinking set brief, the programme showcases world-class creative and strategic work alongside the latest thinking on technology and its impact.
Open to young agency professionals from all departments, typically with under three years’ experience, but also suitable for more experienced delegates looking to broaden their skillset, the Diploma offers unparalleled insight into what it takes to be an outstanding agency professional. Delegates work on a real live client brief, presenting their final thinking to a panel of industry experts, gaining hands-on experience across strategy, proposition development and creative execution.
Each session is led by an Alliance trainer with deep, real-world industry experience, ensuring learning is practical, relevant and immediately applicable. Successful candidates graduate with a Diploma awarded at Pass, Merit or Distinction, with past students and agency leaders consistently citing the programme as career-transforming.
As part of membership Alliance members receive 10 free training places to use over 12 Training Courses throughout the year. Members can buy additional places at a cost of £100 + VAT (non-member rate is £150 + VAT). These sessions are delivered virtually and are an hour long.
